The impulse consultation is a consultation on the topic of heating replacement on site in your property. An impulse consultant authorised by "erneuerbar heizen" will come to your home for a consultation after a preliminary discussion. They will explain the possible heating systems and discuss the next steps.

The "renewable heating" impulse consultation is free of charge throughout Switzerland. Impulse consultations for the replacement of a heat generation system that is more than 10 years old and serves as the main heating system for space heating benefit from the funding - regardless of the building category (e.g. residential, administration, schools, retail, restaurants, industry), the energy source of the old heat generator (e.g. oil, gas, electric, heat pump, wood) and the age of the burner.

Only one impulse consultation per heat generation system is eligible for funding under the funding programme.

The impulse consultants authorised by "erneuerbar heizen" carry out the consultation at your premises free of charge. Before placing an order, make sure that the selected consultant will provide the impulse consultation free of charge. This is a condition for the counselling to be subsidised.

The following applies to owners of single-family homes, apartment blocks and condominiums. The following conditions apply:

- The heat generator must be the main source of space heating

- The heat generator must be more than 10 years old
