In our cooperation with property managers, we have recognised that handover of flats can result in high prices for manual services such as whitewashing or final cleaning. We already offer our services to our own property clients for flat handovers in Basel-Stadt, Thalwil and Chur. We also want to remedy this shortcoming and offer our on site labour hour for Whitewashing up to approx. 98 CHF Final cleaning up to approx. 76 CHF including VAT, including materials and including travel to and from the property.
